I am a licensed professional counselor in Villa Rica, Georgia where I maintain a private practice treating adults.
I have practiced for over a decade in an outpatient setting where I see adults. Together we’ll work in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we better understand your needs and patterns of relating to yourself and others. Special interests of mine include depression, anxiety, low self esteem, low self confidence, codependency, perfectionism and trauma. I utilize several different treatment modalities including polyvagal theory, self compassion, attachment based therapy and Internal Family Systems. I am certified in EMDR for the treatment of trauma. My practice is LGTBQI+ friendly.
