Whether you’ve been in therapy before or this is your first time making an appointment, I’m glad you’re considering therapy. Therapy can be an effective, life changing tool to better understand yourself, to better connect with others, to reduce stress and to create an overall more meaningful, joyful and purposeful life. As a psychotherapist I will support and guide you as we explore issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, feelings of low self worth and difficulty in relationships. My training has been in well researched and effective techniques to help you create lasting emotional healing.
